Mentor
coaching supports people entering into or actively practicing in
the coaching profession at any level. Combining the principles of
coaching and mentoring, it serves as a "jump-start" for your coaching
business as well as ongoing support to keep you and your business
thriving.
Anyone
can call themselves a mentor coach; that is, a coach who mentors
other coaches. Margie and Vikki have the knowledge, experience,
skills, talent and certifications as mentor coaches. Both are mentor
coaches and associate faculty members at a wide variety of coach
training schools.
The
Coach Mentoring Group™ keeps up with the latest technology,
tools of the trade, and thoughts through their affiliation with
several key training organizations such as Corporate Coach U, Erickson
College International, The Academy for Coach Training, The Graduate
School of Coaching, Coachville and The Adler Institute. We are members
of The Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, the International
Coach Federation and the International Association of Coaches.
Our primary focus with internal and external business coaches is
on their authenticity, personal development, coaching skills and
business savvy that supports their clients. When working with individuals,
we share from our hearts, years of experience and expertise. We
