The Coach Mentoring Group

Created
by Margie Summerscales Heiler and Vikki G. Brock, both Master Certified
Coaches, Certified Executive Coaches, and Mentor Coaches, The
Coach Mentoring Group™ was formed to address an identified
gap with the intent to provide mentoring and coaching to individuals,
groups, teams, and leaders positioned to make a difference in the
quality of life and performance inside and outside business and
organizations. To this end, we provide telephone and face-to-face
coaching, mentoring and consulting for individuals, groups, and
organizations.
Here's
what we contribute to our partnerships:

Margie has trained, mentored and coached hundreds of coaches attending
coaching certification programs in addition to leaders in organizations.
From small businesses to large organizations, she has led managers
and executives who desire to use coaching skills and realize how
valuable those skills are to their leadership development and
those who work with and for them. Her approach is multi-layered
and expansive as she includes many perspectives.
- Vikki
was awarded the Certified Mentor Coach designation from Coach
U in 1998, and is certified as a Mentor with Coachville and Corporate
Coach U. This means she has the skill and experience in teaching/training
other coaches to coach. These designations are awarded to coaches
who have demonstrated their ability to assist coaches in their
professional and practice development needs, and have met certain
basic requirements. This is the heart of mentor coaching and requires
the ability to transfer the technology and skills.
Philosophy
Our philosophy is to maintain a dynamic and confidential environment
for coaches and other leaders to explore and discover who they are
and what they want to accomplish. This approach includes and integrates
the duality of being and doing. We emphasize authenticity,
human development, and individual improvement as a baseline measure
that contributes to personal and organizational health and productivity.
With you, we form collaborative partnerships based on mutual respect,
honesty, and trust, allowing all to flourish.
Purpose
Our purpose is to create and share the tools, techniques, and the
power of coaching with individuals, teams, and organizations so
they reach their highest potential and optimum performance and improve
the bottom line. We facilitate authenticity and are committed to
respectfully provoke people to design and live the lives and legacies
they want for themselves and their organizations.
